Introducing Chef Dave, a culinary enthusiast since his early years. His culinary journey began with crafting the perfect Cheesecake, igniting his passion for cooking. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Dave fostered dreams of entrepreneurship. In 2018, he took a leap of faith, launching Dave's Global Kitchen with a food truck. What started as a vision quickly became a thriving venture, catering to wineries, festivals, and food truck events, while also hosting book signings, birthdays and backyard parties. In less than a year of ownership, DGK was the Hudson Valley's Best Gluten-Free Food Truck.
In 2022, Dave bid farewell to his corporate culinary career to fully immerse himself in business ownership. Together with his wife Heidi, he continued his dream by opening DGK's Deli, a brick-and-mortar establishment. Committed to excellence and quality, they source the finest ingredients and collaborate with premier partners, ensuring every dish served is fresh, hot, and prepared with passion.
